ASIAN SALMON SALAD

Chef Benjamin of Dianne’s Teashop serves this salmon glazed with Agave for a healthy alternative. He lightly pan-fries the salmon until golden and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. A nutritious meal packed with good omega 3 fats that will help you feel fuller for longer and keep cravings at bay.

Ingredients

  • 7-9oz Ocean Delight Chilean Salmon Portion
  • 2 tbs. Agave
  • 2 tbs. Liquid Amino
  • 1 tbs. Apple Sider Vinegar
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of cornstarch
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1 tbs. olive oil for sautéing

Salad

  • Lettuce as desired
  • Cucumbers as desired
  • Pineapples as desired
  • Bell Peppers as desired
  • Purple Cabbage as desired
  • Purple Onions as desired

Directions

  1. Season Salmon pinch of salt and black pepper
  2. Cook both sides until cooked to pink at the centre ( approx.. 2 min each side on low heat)
  3. At the end of cooking pour Asian sauce over salmon and cook for an additional 1min.

Asian Sauce

  1. Add all ingredients to pan
  2. Cook until thicken
  3. Blend until smooth

Salad

  1. Toss all ingredients together topped with Salmon
  2. Garnish finished dish with fresh parsley
