- 8oz. Conch- Diced/ Blanched
- 2oz. Pineapple- Diced
- 2oz. Tomatoes- Diced
- 1oz. Red Onion- Diced
- 1/2oz. Jalepeno –Diced
- 2 bn. Scallion- Chopped
- ¼ Cup Cilantro- Chopped
- 1oz. Coconut Jelly- Diced
- 4oz. Coconut Milk
- 2oz. Pineapple Juice
- 2oz. Lime Juice
- 2oz. Orange Juice
- 2oz. Olive Oil
Directions
- Mix all ingredients- Marinate ½ hour
