Pepper Shrimp

Chef St. John of More Vino prepares this staple seafood recipe, held close to our hearts; The Pepper Shrimp. We know this is what you’ve been waiting for, so let’s not delay, but dive straight in. Believe us, it tastes just as amazing as it looks.

We are using Ocean Delight’s 20oz Extra Jumbo Peeled and Deveined Shrimp 16-20

INGREDIENTS

  • 5oz 16-20 Peeled Shrimp
  • 1tsp Garlic
  • 2 slices Ginger
  • 1 small Hot Pepper
  • 1 small Tomatoes
  • ½ small Red Onions
  • 1oz Chive
  • 2oz Bell Peppers
  • 1tsp Sriracha Sauce
  • 1tsp Soy Sauce
  • 1tbsp Ketchup
  • 4tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • Salt to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place shrimp in fry basket and flash fry for 30 seconds.
  2. Place wok to heat.
  3. Pour oil in to heat, then add garlic, hot peppers and ginger till fragrant.
  4. Add in shrimp and other ingredients, sauté all items.
  5. Cook till tender to taste and serve.
