Executive Chef Dwight Liquorish of Taste Vinoteca Restaurant prepares a quick and spicy white fish ceviche matched with sweet potato chips for a juxtaposing taste-bud texture.
We are using Ocean Delight’s 20oz Popcorn White Fish.
Ingredients
- 20 oz. white fish (diced)
- 1 jalapeño (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp. chopped cilantro
- 1 tbsp. diced red onion
- 1/2c orange juice
- 1/4c lime juice
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Directions
- In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients together. Serve chilled.
- Served with sweet potato chips
